As a result, we take great care to ensure that your order arrives with nearly no contaminants or broken leaves. It should be noted, nonetheless, that with bulk orders, the majority of the segregation, removal of impurities like barks, stems, and ripped leaves, as well as the carton-based packaging, are done by hand. As a result, even with our best efforts, 1-2% of impurities or ripped leaves may still make it through. For agricultural products in the Extra Class category (higher quality category) to be marketed in foreign markets, faults up to 5% are permitted.Regarding retail orders, a similar problem won't occur.
